Ms H was a front seat passenger involved in a car accident. She sustained a major knee injury and received £35,000 in compensation.

Mr H sustained serious injuries to his arm and leg after a motorbike accident. Although there was significant contributory negligence, Freeclaim Solicitors successfully settled the case based upon a total valuation of £900,000.

Mr F, a passenger on a bus, suffered a fractured clavicle when he fell after the bus driver braked sharply for no reason. He was awarded £4,000 in bus accident compensation. 

Mr B was a passenger in a serious road accident collision when an uninsured stolen car turned across the client's path, hitting the car and pushing it through railings into a brick wall at the side of the road. Our client sustained both injuries to his neck and back and psychological injuries - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), which resulted in the client not being able to sleep or drive which meant that his business failed. Ms W received a neck injury whilst on a bus involved in a collision and received £2,500. 

Mr W received £29,000 in accident compensation after he was knocked off his motorcycle when another car driver turned across his path. He sustained a serious fracture to his wrist and was off work for several months.

The Defendant's Insurers tried to argue it was a low speed car accident and therefore could not have caused the whiplash injuries. Ms P was training to be a gym instructor when she was involved in a relatively minor rear end shunt. As a passenger, she was unaware of the impending impact from the collision. After sustaining whiplash injuries that did not resolve, continuing facial discomfort and twitching, significant back pain and tinnitus, our client was diagnosed with 'psychologically mediated chronic pain syndrome'. Ms N was hit by an uninsured driver and suffered nasty facial injuries and damage to her teeth and received £103,000.

Our client was awarded £28,500 in accident compensation after fracturing her hip bone following an accident on a bus. In this compensation claim, Freeclaim road accident solicitors had to apply on our client's behalf to the MIB (Motor Insurers' Bureau) as the accident was not the fault of the bus driver, but rather another car driver who could not be traced.

Mr H received £10,500 road accident compensation, sustaining injuries to his neck and shoulder after he was hit in the rear by another driver. He initially contacted the Defendant's insurers himself, who after a medical examination provided treatment for his injuries.
