Stuntman Launches Claim For Accident At Work

A stuntman who suffered a serious head injury during filming of The Hangover Part 2 has launched a workplace accident claim against the studio Warner Bros.
Mr. McLean suffered a brain injury when his head collided with a moving vehicle whilst filming a car accident stunt in Thailand. He alleges that the stunt coordinator ordered one of the vehicles to accelerate to a speed unsafe for the stunt which caused the collision. He is now at a rehabilitation clinic and he is also claiming compensation for ongoing seizures, speech impediments, physical impediments and brain trauma.
In a statement, Warner Bros commented, "We were shocked and saddened by this accident and have been working closely with Scott and his family throughout his treatment and recovery.
"We have offered continual support since the accident occurred and we are working together to try and resolve any outstanding issues."
