Crane Accident Compensation

A 59 year old man has received £17,000 compensation for his injuries after a serious accident at work. The man suffered partial paralysis to his right hand after a crane accident on a construction site.
The accident happened when steel bars fell from a crane. The man cannot use his right arm and also has restricted mobility in his right leg and has had a metal plate inserted in his head.
Following a Health & Safety Executive(HSE) investigation, the employer's were also fined £2,000.
