Philip was admitted as a Solicitor in 2000, having practised exclusively in all aspects of personal injury litigation on behalf of injured victims, with a particular interest in; industrial disease, industrial accidents and occupier’s liability claims incorporating supermarket accidents. He was also an early advocate of the rehabilitation code focusing not only on obtaining clients damages, but also ensuring early assessment of their needs to secure early rehabilitation for his client. Philip is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
