Philip was admitted as a Solicitor in 2000. He is a member of the Serious Injuries Unit and undertakes complex, serious injury claims, with a particular interest in industrial disease and Stress claims.

He was also an early advocate of the rehabilitation code focusing not only on obtaining clients damages, but also ensuring early assessment of client needs to implement a bespoke, rehabilitation path. His experience in handling claims involving complex psychological injuries means that he continues throughout the case to engage with psychological and neurological specialists to ensure the correct treatment path for his clients.

Philip is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
