Paul was admitted as a Solicitor in 2004, having joined the firm in 2002 as a Trainee Solicitor. Paul has developed particular experience in claims against the police, prison litigation, workplace accidents, professional negligence claims against Solicitors, and injury claims against landlords resulting from defective premises. Through his representation of seriously injured clients, Paul has not only successfully obtained compensation, but has also developed close working relationships with a number of leading rehabilitation consultancies to provide an early comprehensive rehabilitative programme for his clients. Such programmes include private treatment, counselling and work re-training where appropriate. Paul has also adopted a proactive approach to mediation work on behalf of clients as an alternative to litigation.
